Hi,

I'm running SSE 1.6.640.0 and for weather I'm using NAT III, Community Shaders, and Reshade 5.8.0.

I've been trying to find a good AO shader, at the moment I'm testing GloomAO.

In heavy fog weather, GloomAO makes distant scenery appear blury/smudged looking. I thought Reveil was a shader to help with GloomAO fog issues, I installed it, but it does nothing.

I like the default settings of GloomAO when there's no fog, it looks nice, and lowering the settings for GloomAO defeats the purpose/look it achieves, so I don't want to change them, but it looks really bad in fog.

Leaving GloomAO on it's default settings, is there another shader, or something I can do, to make the fog scenes look better?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, if this is fixable? THANKS

Here's a screen shot with GloomAO enabled, notice the scenery below the red arrows.

Now here's a screen shot with GloomAO disabled, notice now the same areas how much better looking the detail is.

After posting this, I realized in KreatE I can adjust the Curve and it seems to correct this issue.

Since I use KreatE, maybe this is the best way to go about this, rather then adding in more shaders to correct shader issues.
