Diagonal lines like in PCSX2 emulator

Hello,
Maybe some of you could suggest me what shader to use. 
Few years ago I did completed GTA LCS and VCS on PCSX2 emulator, and while doing so had found an option in Shader Configuration section, named - TV Shader : Diagonal. 
And quite liked how it looked. Wanted to achieve similar look with Reshade shaders, but had no luck - there are a lot of CRT presets which looks indeed very nice. 
But still not many offer diagonal line options. 
Can someone point out which shader I could use, to try to achieve similar look? 

Here is the sample how it looked in PCSX2. Seems quite simple on surface.
