Is it possible to create a fx like this? was created by payton
I tried using a custom normal map for normalmap.fx to get a raindrops on hud effect like this:
but it would be better if the raindrops are moving, so is it possible to combine flipbook.fx and normalmap.fx, emulate the effect of falling raindrops on hud like this video:
