Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, I'm new so I don't know

I already tried Googling it but this is the best I could find and I don't really get it reshade.me/forum/general-discussion/1902...or-upgrading-reshade

Just run the setup tool of the new version and when asked overwrite the existing installation. If you had 3.X installed before it will keep your settings and presets.
