reshade + multiboxing help?

is it possible to have reshade working in more than 1 window instance of the same game? i multibox on guild wars 2 and i can only get reshade to work in 1 window at a time. any help would be appreciated!

farming, doing dailies, passing items between accounts, doing 2 things at a time on diff accounts, etc...

so yea... any ideas?
