I bet this is very stupid and newbish question coming from someone who uses ReShade so much! I know how to enable and disable FPS through Common.cfg, but I can't figure out how to assign a key to specifically toggling FPS counter on and off... Is it even possible? Any ideas how?

Nope, it is not, at least not in the moment.
