Some newbie question

Hello there, so im new to ReShade.. in my GTAV, i use reshade, & master effect.
this is my question:

1. How to i enable the FPS counter in game? i mean the hotket
2. How can i change the welcome message or add some welcome message. I read THIS thread already, but didnt understand

1. No such hotkey exists. But to enable the FPS counter, just add "#pragma reshade showfps" anywhere in one of the shader files (i.e. ReShade.fx)
2. Add "#pragma message "My Message"" in one of the shader files to add "My Message" to the welcome message on screen.
